The main purpose of Account Coordinator is to become an integral part of our Sales and Account management teams. This position reports to our Sales manager and will be dedicated to supporting key accounts assigned to our top-tier Sales Executives.
The Account Coordinator must have a keen knowledge of printing and our internal ordering system as he or she will partner closely with Sales Executives to develop plans to support the needs of key clients. To be successful in this diverse role, the Account Coordinator must have a high level of English proficiency along with excellent written and oral communication skills. He/she must also possess the confidence to proactively interact with various departments and be able to navigate complex customer requests and support situations.
